Crafty Fox at the Mollie Makes Awards

I was honoured to be asked to take part as a judge in the recent Mollie Makes Handmade Awards.  Fellow panellists were Lisa Comfort (Sew Over It), Matt Doris (Etsy), Lisa Levis (Betty & Walter), Vanessa Bowerman (John Lewis Haberdashery), Emma Jones (Enterprise Nation) and Vicky Pannell (Natwest).

The Mollie Makes team short-listed 25 finalists from hundreds of entries across 5 categories. The competition culminated in a day of pitching to the judges followed by an awards ceremony at The Proud Archivist in London's east end.

Watch the video for a snapshot of the day....

I was really impressed with the standard of entries and it was inspiring to be introduced to fantastic handmade businesses from all over the country and beyond alongside more familiar faces.
