Guest curator Harriet Vine's top shopping picks for our Bethnal Green Market!

With less than 2 weeks to go until Crafty Fox Market at Oval Space on Saturday 19th November, we caught up with Harriet Vine of Tatty Devine fame who is our 'guest curator' responsible for selecting traders for the event. Here she shares with us her top picks for makers you should look out for at the market...

"I loved spending time going through all the applications for the market, it is so nice to spend time looking at things that had obviously been created with love and attention. This made the decision about what to choose very hard! I tried to make sure everything I picked was ram jammed with colour and fun so can't wait to see an array of brightness on the day!"

Estelle Morris
I love Estelle's style and sense of humour. Her Ghost World Enid dress up dolls are inspired and I share her love of all things Twin Peaks.

Hoxton Mini Press
Hoxton Mini Press have been a constant light in what it means to live in East London and I think they are an esteemed and beautiful primary source of the phenomenal times we are living through. I love their books 'Portrait of Hackney' and Jenny Lewis's 'One Day Young'.

I love all things pressed flower - they make me think of stuffing my flower press full when I was little and not having the patience to wait until they were dry! MRStudio's work makes me smile and remember the summer.

The bold and exciting energy that is captured in WackoWacko is brave and on point. Tasha's work is fresh and different and I love it for that. All the food references are super fun and I love the fried egg!

Garudio Studiage
I am a long term fan of Garudio Studiage, since we both used to do the V&A Village fete together! Their work has an edge and cheek that always catches my eye.  What is there not to love about a flat pack kitten or a plastic Burger Bag.  I know it's on my Christmas list ; )
