I run my independent jewellery business from my sunny studio in Cockpit Arts, Bloomsbury, just a stones throw from the iconic Hatton Garden jewellery district. I have been designing and making beautiful bespoke jewellery for the past 10 years, and it is now my full time business. I specialise in the ancient art of acid etching, transforming my hand drawn illustrations into beautifully detailed, three dimensional treasures with meaningful narratives.I combine layers of etched motifs with ancient embellishing techniques such as granulation, filigree, fretwork and enamelling to create richly textured jewellery. Precious, recycled metals sit alongside beautifully coloured ethically sourced gemstones creating pieces with a luxurious, unique quality. My pieces have an ancient bohemian feel and contrasted with modern shapes give a contemporary edge to these forgotten techniques.
My designs are inspired by intangible concepts such dreams, feelings, the mysteries of the cosmos and the ocean as well as the elements that make up this earthly and celestial realm.
My products range from small earrings to larger unique charm necklaces, as well as bespoke gemstone rings and wedding jewellery.
