TRADER INFORMATION
Christmas Market at New Street Square

2, 3 and 4 December 2025 - 11.30am to 6pm

The Fleet Street Quarter, New Street Square, London, EC4A 3BF

We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to the Christmas Market at New Street Square on 2nd, 3rd or 4th December 2025. You will find the trader listings for the event here so do take a look to familiarise yourself with your fellow traders ahead of the market.

This event is hosted by Fleet Street Bid and will not be marketed as a Crafty Fox Market. We are responsible for curating the traders on behalf of Fleet St Bid. We'll be with you to support on the day and manage any challenges, but the event is branded by Fleet St and they are responsible for promotion, running the event, infrastructure and bringing in the shopping audience. Below you will find information on the event ahead of trading on the day.

Contacts: Your Events Manager is Catherine (07950689717). She will be there to welcome you and be your point of contact during set up and throughout the market to help with any issues. If you are running late on the day, please text her directly.

Venue: The market is taking place outdoors in New Street Square, London, EC4A 3BF. New Street Square is a vibrant public square that attracts footfall from workers and business owners in the area. The Square can be entered via Great New Street, Nevill Lane and Pemberton Row. The square is surrounded by offices and food/drink outlets.

Stalls: The market will be outdoor and stalls placed in New Street Square. The stalls will include an individual 3 x 3 metres ‘igloo-style’ gazebo with festoon lighting. There will be small heaters but please wrap up warm for the day.

Your stall:

  • Inside your gazebo, you stall consists of ONE standard 6’ x 2.5’ trestle tables and two chairs. You are welcome to bring additional tables, rails, browsers etc. and this will be at no additional cost.

  • There is access to power inside the stalls.

  • You may want to consider bringing battery powered lights if you have them as it will be dark for the latter part of the market.

  • There will be an indoor space to get warm, take breaks and access the toilet.

Look and feel:

  • The aim is to make this event feel as festive as possible as it is being marketed as a Christmas Market. There will be a large Christmas tree and trail to attract visitors into the area.

  • We would strongly encourage you to make your stalls look festive and remind potential customers that this is an opportunity to get their gift shopping done.

  • With this in mind, you may want to prepare gift sets/bundles to support customers to select products as they may be time limited in work hours.

  • There will be peaks and lulls in footfall throughout the day with busy points particularly at lunch time.

  • Please remember that the ethos of Crafty Fox is supporting designer makers and handmade goods. In the past, one or two traders have mixed imported goods in with their own items. Please stick to self-made/handmade goods only to uphold the integrity of the event.

Please see below a draft table plan for each event (please note, table plans are subject to change):
