Crafty Fox Membership Terms and Conditions

Joining

  • Our membership scheme is curated. Following application, only those invited to join by Crafty Fox Market may do so. Your acceptance of our offer will create a contract between you and us. Once paid in full you can enjoy your membership immediately. The scheme is designed for small UK based designer/maker businesses.

  • Prices on this website include VAT at the rate of 20%.

  • There are three different membership tiers available: Original member (joined prior to April 2023) new member (monthly) and new member (annual). Each tier features the same benefits, which are subject to change and alteration by us without notice. 

  • Memberships are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit the number of membership packages available. 

  • Memberships run monthly or annually from the date purchased.

  • All membership packages are auto-renewed on 15th of each month until cancelled by you or us (see Cancellation below). 

  • Payments can be made via credit or debit card.

  • We reserve the right to amend the price of the scheme or withdraw all or part of the scheme without notice.

Benefits

  • Membership benefits, discounts and resources are not transferrable and are designed for the individual member only. They should not be shared with other organisations or individuals. Anyone found in breach of this will have their membership revoked.

  • The number of exclusive partner offers and educational events may vary in number throughout the year.

  • We reserve the right to amend, cancel or materially alter any member benefit at any time and without notice.

  • Part of your membership benefits constitutes advice and recommendations given to you as part of the experience and knowledge of Crafty Fox Market and its staff. It is up to you to assess the appropriateness of this advice for your business and conduct your own due diligence in respect of this. Using any of this information is done at entirely your own risk.

  • This website includes links to other websites, which are provided for your convenience to give you further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We do not monitor or review the content of other party’s websites which are linked to from this website and we will not be held responsible for any content contained therein.

  • We try hard to keep our website up to date and free of errors but we will not be held  liable for any injuries resulting in any inaccuracies on our website.

Cancellation

  • Membership payments are non-refundable or exchangeable.

  • You may cancel your membership subscriptions at any time, but no part-refund will be given for any payments already made. You will continue to have access to the member area and to member benefits for the duration of the payment period. Rare exceptions to this rule will be decided on a case by case basis and will be at the sole discretion of Crafty Fox Market.

  • Crafty Fox Market reserves the right to remove a member from the scheme at any time and for any reason it sees fit.

  • If Crafty Fox Market cancels the membership scheme, you will receive a pro-rata refund on monies owed for the month period or annual period before your membership renews, dependent on your subscription.

  • Please treat our staff and your fellow members with respect. We reserve the right to remove any member from the scheme who we find to be behaving inappropriately with immediate effect and with no entitlement to a refund.

  • If you fail to use any or all of the benefits contained within the membership scheme you will not be entitled to any kind of refund.
